A piece of the Konkan railway route, the Karbude Tunnel is 2nd lengthiest railway tunnel in India.  The tunnel is positioned along with the Konkan Coast next to Ratnagiri. It is situated between Ukshi and Bhoke railway stations.  The adjoining area of this tunnel has witnessed a wonderful urbanisation because of the connectivity offered by this tunnel.

Pir Panjal Tunnel- Jammu and Kashmir

The tunnel is also known as Banihal Railway Tunnel. The tunnel has a length of eleven .two hundred fifteen kilometres. The tunnel is believed to be Asia’s second lengthiest railway tunnel. It is formed on Pir Panjal Range of Himalayas in Jammu and Kashmir.  It might also add up to your knowledge that the tunnel is to the north of Banihal Town. It takes long nine and a half minutes for the train to pass this tunnel. Isn’t it really exciting? You stay in a tunnel for so long!

Berdewadi Tunnel, Maharashtra

Berdewadi Tunnel is located between Vilawade and Adavali.The tunnel runs up to 4 kilometres. The tunnel is a portion of Konkan railway route and it is met while travelling to Goa and the regions of Konkan. Actually, Berdewadi Tunnel is a railway tunnel that got completed in year 1998. The entire project is located in Maharashtra.

Tike Tunnel, Maharashtra

It is a Tunnel that expands on a length of 4.07-kilometre and it is built between Ratnagiri and Nivasar. The tunnel is formed on the Sahyadri range. The landscapes that spread when the train enters the tunnel are amazing and striking. The tunnel got completed in the year 1998.  Ratnagiri is a gorgeous port city of Maharashtra and it is a piece of stunning Konkan coupled with Sahyadri Mountains. Ratnagiri region is cherished for its diverse varieties of Mangoes and extensive green scenery.

Natuwadi Tunnel

This is a tunnel that is a 4.3 kilometres long subwaykind of thing that is located between Karanjadi and Diwan Station. The tunnel is the second longest tunnel on this route of Konkan railway. The tunnel got efficaciouslydeveloped in the year 1997, on a stony topography. It was formed by using special imported tunnel-digging material and equipment.

Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary in Rajasthan

This place is also known as the Keoladeo Ghana National Park and this sanctuary is located in the state of Rajasthan. Jim Corbett National Park

Located in the state of Uttarakhand, this is one of the exotic wild life sanctuaries in the entire world. It is also said to be the oldest national park of India. This was found in the year 1936 and is named after the popular hunter and story teller Jim Corbett who saved the lives of local people of Rudraprayag by killing a man eater. This sanctuary mainly reserves the tigers from Bengal. The dense forest is in the foothills of the Himalayas which is an ecstatic view for explorers.
